Agnes Constantino is a distinguished leader in the beauty and medical aesthetics industry, combining clinical expertise with a true passion for education.
She is a Certified Laser Operator (CLO) and Advanced Aesthetic Laser Technician, specializing in laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments.
A Virginia Board-approved licensed instructor, Agnes brings the knowledge and experience needed to train the next generation of beauty professionals using modern, evidence-based techniques.
She is also a highly skilled Master Esthetician, Permanent Makeup Instructor and Artist, and Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in plastic surgery, currently contributing her expertise to a respected cosmetic surgery clinic in Georgetown, DC.
With over 25 years in the industry, Agnes holds certifications from NBSTSA and AST and is trained in advanced aesthetic procedures including microneedling, radio frequency, and cryolipolysis (fat freezing). As an experienced PMU educator of more than 15 years, she has helped shape the careers of many successful artists.
At DMV Beauty & Academy, Agnes serves as a theory instructor, where she is known for her engaging teaching style and commitment to student success. She provides structured learning materials, encourages discussion, and ensures students build both confidence and strong exam performance.
Trained by the internationally recognized PhiBrows Academy, she also teaches specialized brow techniques and mapping methods rooted in precision and artistry.
